About Dr. Anidjar
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Compassionate Healing Institute, and my pronouns are she/her. I received my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in School Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, a program known for its strong clinical focus. Over the course of my training, I provided therapy and assessment services in a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health programs, hospital inpatient and outpatient units, university clinics, and counseling centers. These experiences allowed me to work with children as young as four through older adults, as well as families, parents, and couples.

I provide individual therapy, family therapy, parent training, and couples therapy. My clinical interests include providing treatment for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and behavioral issues. I draw from evidence-based interventions and tailor treatment to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew, which allows me to provide therapy in all three languages. Serving multicultural populations has been central to my work, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is inclusive, affirming, and collaborative.

My goal as a clinician is to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping strategies, and make meaningful changes that enhance their quality of life. I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journey.
