Welcome!
Looking for support for Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) as an adult? Compassionate Healing Institute offers a virtual Adult ARFID Support Group designed to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for adults navigating food fears, sensory sensitivities, anxiety around eating, limited variety, and challenges related to nourishment and daily functioning.

Whether you are newly exploring an ARFID diagnosis or actively working toward recovery, this group offers a space to feel understood and less alone while connecting with others who share similar experiences.
